When you sign in, we create a session so the Service can recognise you across pages. Session information is stored in a secure, signed cookie on your device.

2.3 Cookie and preference information

We may store your cookie consent preference on your device (for example, in local browser storage) so we do not repeatedly display the consent banner. Session cookies are used to keep you signed in while you use the dashboard and related protected pages.

2.4 Technical and usage information

Authorised administrators may access a list of registered users for programme administration and export that list for legitimate operational purposes. Password hashes are not included in user-facing exports.

8. Retention

We retain registration and account information for as long as needed to provide map access for the relevant campaign or event cycle, to maintain account security, and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
